Mini Reviews

Sometimes I just have enough time, or enough opinions, to fully review a podcast, but I think it’s really tremendous.  Here they are.

Scott Ritter, the former Iraq weapons inspector, totally calls bullshit on the Russian Hacking scandal and the Syrian gas attack.  This guy really knows his shit.

I was totally for the “net neutrality” thing, until I actually learned what it actually was.  Dave Smith can be a little crude, but he gets it right here.

Two comedians talk about what’s wrong with modern culture.

Absolutely fascinating discussion of the microbiome and how it affects so many chronic conditions.

A disconcerting discussion with someone who’s career is studying the collapse of complex societies.

Brilliant inteview with Ed Snowden.  This guy is really thoughtful. And part two here.

How the War on Drugs completely distorts and corrupts law enforcement.

How the Fed has catastrophically harmed retirees and the “little guy” and vastly enriched rich mega-corporations. Gotta love transfers of wealth!

The CEO of Overstock.com talks about cryptocurrencies and how they might help when the financial system collapses.

Sad story about Venezuela from two economists who live there.
